The role emphasizes knowledge of floor plans, lease terms, and property policies, with responsibilities including handling applications, deposits, and renewals, while supporting property events and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to read lease agreements and safety rules.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants with high customer service and meet monthly quotas.
• Complete lease forms and collect deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show; maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Understand lease terms, policies, and application processes; train others as needed.
• Develop and maintain a resident retention program under Property Manager guidance.
• Support renewal process and manage resident files and events.
