Job summary

Eenhoorn is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Leah Avenue Student Townhomes in San Marcos, TX. You will be the first contact for residents and prospective residents, presenting properties positively and professionally while delivering excellent service.

You will screen applicants, prepare leases, coordinate showings, and manage move-ins. Prior leasing or sales experience is helpful; strong communication and organization are essential for success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization skills.
• Experience operating office equipment & Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify resident needs and help find the perfect home.
• Screen and approve qualified applicants; prepare leases and move-in docs.
• Prepare property for daily showings and model units.
• Manage the new resident move-in process for a smooth transition.
• Deliver high-quality resident service with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Perform general administrative tasks: data entry, filing, typing, phones.
