• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Marketing the community and generating leasing leads.
• Conducting tours of the property and presenting features to prospects.
• Supporting lease renewals and processing lease paperwork for CM approval.
• Maintaining knowledge of community, floor plans, and promotions/incentives.
• Logging prospect information into the Property Management software accurately.
• Responding to emails, voicemails, and text messages in a timely manner.
