Job summary

Blue Magma Residential is seeking a leasing professional to show and lease apartments and to support the property’s marketing plan. This role reports to the Community Manager and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, market-ready property.

You will manage leasing forms, deposits, and keep accurate records. The position requires outreach marketing, knowledge of rental terms, and professionalism in interactions with residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the apartment industry.
• Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
• Familiarity with ResMan management software.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents.
• Supports property's marketing plan as directed by Community Manager.
• Completes lease forms and collects deposits.
• Maintains show-ready model and target apartments; ensures curb appeal.
• Informs residents of current rates, locations and amenities.
• Conducts outreach marketing at least weekly.
• Maintains proper resident and property files; handles requests and complaints courteously.
• Assists in delinquent rent collection under supervision.
