Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to applicants and residents in a courteous and prompt manner regarding leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

You will maintain inventory of apartments, schedule showings, verify applications, and prepare move-in packets while assisting in move-ins/move-outs and revenue collection. The role supports the Community Manager and may lead newsletters for the community.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or six months to one year leasing experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills are required.
• Must be well organized, professional, friendly and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated inventory of available apartments and leads.
• Build rapport with prospective residents and present community to meet needs.
• Schedule showings and follow up with undecided prospects.
• Verify rental applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare move-in and welcome packages.
• Assist in move-in/move-out and ensure units are clean.
• Assist with rent collection and maintenance requests.
• Help prepare the monthly community newsletter.
• Support Community Manager and fill in during absence.
• Approve pre-qualification of prospective residents.
