Qualificações

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills to overcome objections.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good organization to maintain records and schedules.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents and explain residency value.
• Provide information on community amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
• Prepare leasing paperwork accurately and process applications.
• Explain leases and addenda to new residents.
• Assist with resident relations and forward service requests to maintenance.
• Adhere to a varied work schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
