Job summary

Northland is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join The Links at High Resort in Rio Rancho, NM. You will lease apartments, tour prospects, retain residents, and support community marketing while delivering top-tier customer service.

Day-to-day duties include handling inbound/outbound calls, managing walk-ins and scheduled tours, and coordinating with onsite team. Weekend shifts may be required during peak leasing periods.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors.
• Working weekend shifts may be required for this role and will be discussed in the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and tour prospective residents.
• Retain current residents and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with community-focused marketing and outreach.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and balance walk-ins with scheduled appointments.
• Support onsite team with day-to-day tasks as needed.
