This full-time role offers hourly pay of $17.00–$20.00 plus incentive potential. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional resident experiences, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, renewals, and occupancy tracking, while maintaining fair housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales and customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Capable of conducting tours and guiding residents.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in.
• Lead tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Support lease renewals and occupancy tracking, ensuring compliance.
