Job summary

Continental is seeking a Full-Time Onsite Operations & Management professional at our Springs at Colonial community in Cordova, TN. Expect a pay range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with performance incentives tied to leasing and occupancy outcomes.

You will drive leasing from first contact to move-in, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate seamless move-ins while leveraging marketing and technology to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with a solid foundation in resident relations and property financials including rent collection, payment processing, and account management.
• Can work a flexible schedule—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—because great service doesn't clock out at 5.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet—touring the community (up to 8 hours), stairs, cleaning units, and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a courteous, professional attitude in every interaction and preparing tour-ready units.
• Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in, responding to inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating seamless move-ins with marketing and technology.
• Inspect move-in and move-out units, manage occupancy tracking, and lead lease renewals and evictions in compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.
• Manage the financial pulse of the property from rent collection and processing to monthly financials and delinquency management while building relationships with residents.
• Collaborate to ensure best-in-class resident experience through follow-ups and high-quality service.
