Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate for our Springs at Meadowbrook community in Waukesha, WI. This full-time role pays $19.00-$21.00 per hour with performance incentives and opportunities for advancement.

The Leasing Associate will guide prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins while delivering outstanding service. You will report to the Community Manager and help maintain a welcoming, well-kept community and drive occupancy through effective

Qualifications

• Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience.
• Can work a flexible schedule —including weekends, evenings, and holidays—because great service doesn't clock out at 5.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet—touring the community, stairs, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by maintaining a courteous, professional attitude and keeping tour-ready units clean and inviting.
• Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in, lead inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins through creative marketing and technology.
• Manage follow-ups, move-in inspections, lease renewals, occupancy tracking, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
