Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Apache Junction, AZ to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our communities. Regular onsite presence is required, with responsibilities including greeting prospects, touring the property, and executing leases.

You will utilize established sales and marketing strategies, maintain accurate prospect data, and support retention efforts while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to perform all leasing-related tasks and follow-up.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Maintain leasing paperwork and perform lease audits and turn processes.
