Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Florida communities. You will engage prospects, conduct on-site tours, and drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to walk the property and manage move-ins/outs. Weekend and holiday availability may be required to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide and showcase amenities to prospective residents.
• Ensure safety by addressing hazards in apartments and common areas.
• Build relationships by helping residents and future residents experience better living.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with on-site staff and residents.
• Provide ongoing customer service to retain residents after move-in.
• Maintain waiting lists and update reports per policy and HUD requirements.
• Inspect the property and report maintenance needs; keep areas clean.
