Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to shape the community’s first impression and drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention.

You will handle outreach to leads, conduct on-site tours, coordinate move-ins/outs, maintain records, and deliver timely reports while staying compliant with HUD/Agency regulations. A year of experience and a flexible schedule are expected; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Professional appearance and ability to walk the property (stairs).

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• On-site tour guide, highlighting community amenities and model homes.
• Ensure safety and address unsafe conditions in apartments and common areas.
• Build relationships to help residents and prospective residents experience better living.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs with onsite staff and maintenance.
• Provide ongoing customer service to residents post-move-in.
• Maintain waiting lists and records in line with policies and HUD/Agency regulations.
• Inspect the community and report service needs to maintenance.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Know the market and compete with other properties.
