The Galman Group in Riverview Gardens, Delaware is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional. This sales-driven role emphasizes customer service as you manage the leasing process from showing apartments to securing applications and deposits.

You will maintain relationships with residents, coordinate with management, and contribute to achieving property goals through friendly, professional interactions and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior Leasing Experience Preferred but Not Required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present community and apartments while communicating features and benefits.
• Conducts all business in accordance with policies, Fair Housing, ADA and related laws.
• Inspects models and market-ready vacancies daily for cleanliness and appeal.
• Answers calls, texts, emails and directs to appropriate staff while maintaining a professional leasing office.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and contributes ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Completes lease applications, verification, and prepares welcome gifts and keys for new residents.
• Prepares and files lease paperwork, addenda, rents and deposits.
• Assists with daily/weekly reports, resident communications and move-out inventories.
