Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our team. The role is sales-driven with a strong emphasis on customer service, guiding prospective residents from initial contact to lease execution while showcasing properties and communities.

You will maintain relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing resident needs, and supporting daily leasing operations on-site at our Bucks County communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree desirable.
• Fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of computer systems, web applications, and software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing process from start to finish, presenting properties effectively and building relationships with prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, determine needs, and present communities and apartments with features and benefits.
• Maintain clean, market-ready models and vacancies; handle inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Process lease applications and deposits; prepare welcome gifts and keys for new residents.
• Assist with resident communications, move-out inventories, and market surveys as needed.
• Attend meetings and help prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
