You will manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in, greet prospective residents, qualify needs, present options, and coordinate with management to ensure timely and accurate lease

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects, qualifies needs, and presents community and apartments.
• Answers calls, texts, and emails; routes to manager when needed.
• Completes lease applications and prepares paperwork for move-ins.
• Inspects models and prepares Welcome gifts and keys for new residents.
