Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Fair Hills Apartments at 2829 27th St W, Williston, ND 58801. The role offers $21-23 per hour plus renewal commissions and strong benefits, with annual pay raises and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing.
• Proficiency with leasing software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
• Conduct tours of the property, apartment units and on-site amenities.
• Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
• Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts.
• Assist property team with marketing efforts.
• Participate in community outreach efforts.
• Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
• Must be able to work Weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Occasional Saturdays 10 AM - 3 PM).
