Interstate Apartments in South Sioux City, NE is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a 102-unit community. You will work closely with the Property Manager to maintain daily operations, drive occupancy, and influence resident satisfaction.

This role offers growth potential within Monarch’s portfolio. The position features an $18.00–$20.00 per hour wage, plus commissions on leasing and renewals, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching, paid training, and health

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience.
• Yardi and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and local/state regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Occupancy: Drive leasing activity and keep occupancy strong; Maximize renewals and resident retention; Coach and mentor leasing consultants; Step in and lead leasing when needed.
