Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to support front-desk operations, greet prospects, process tours and applications, and help with package intake for our Utah community. This non-exempt role emphasizes exceptional customer service and accurate record-keeping.

You will collaborate with the leasing team to achieve KPI goals, utilize Entrata or PM software, and maintain a friendly, professional environment at the property. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed. This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing. The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.
