Redstone Residential is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Specialist to support leasing and administrative operations for the community in Provo, Utah. You will assist residents, handle front-desk service, process applications, and support tours with a goal of achieving KPI targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Entrata or PM software is a plus, and a high school diploma.

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour, with the ability to earn performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed. This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing. The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.
