The position requires close coordination with maintenance, marketing, and leasing teams to optimize show units, track activity in OneSite/Yardi, and drive renewal programs.

• Experience in sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any maintenance with the team to ensure move-in readiness.
• Stay informed about market conditions to influence occupancy and sales results; implement marketing plans and follow policies for concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and manage outreach programs.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities; coordinate with maintenance and show units.
