Brookfield Properties at The Merc in Dallas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome visitors, qualify leads, and guide them through the rental process. You will manage CRM leads, schedule tours, and show apartments to drive new leases.

You will assist applicants through screening, move-in paperwork, and coordinate with maintenance. This on-site role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of previous leasing experience within the multifamily property management industry preferred.
• Must have knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws; Fair Housing compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Guide prospects through the leasing experience and help them apply.
• Manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, and show apartments.
• Close leases and coordinate move-in paperwork with residents and team.
• Maintain knowledge of community amenities and rental rates.
