You will highlight property features to meet resident needs, execute lease paperwork, and coordinate with team members to host resident events and maintain property standards. A strong customer-service mindset and sales ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Tech savvy; able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Understand property features and relate them to prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property through online posts, social media, and outreach to drive traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with potential and current residents.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform residents.
