The position is in-office in Fort Worth/Arlington, with responsibilities including marketing, resident relations, and delinquent rent collection support. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn property management applications.
• Strong sales/leasing/closing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Market the property to drive traffic via online posts, social media, and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and residents.
