Job summary

ResProp Management in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will lead the leasing team, manage tours, close leases, and ensure accurate financials for each unit.

Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, handling violations if needed, supporting month-end accounting, and coordinating resident events while building strong relationships with residents and owners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing experience in residential property management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Tech savvy and able to learn property management software
• Sales/closing/delinquency/renewal experience helpful
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to hit occupancy goals
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent, charges and final accounts
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting
• Guide leasing process from tour to move-in and finalize documents
• Highlight property features to prospective residents
• Support occupancy/retention through follow-ups
• Build resident relationships with timely responses
• Address service issues and coordinate events with teammates
• Train and develop teammates and schedule trainings
• Regularly inspect property for cleanliness and curb appeal
• Manage in-house bad debt collections
• Engage owners with updates and property performance
• Process move-outs per lease terms and fees
