Job summary

Sentinel Real Estate Corporation is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Baseline 158 in Beaverton, Oregon. The role involves showing apartments, qualifying prospects, processing applications, and supporting lease renewals, with an emphasis on courteous service and attention to detail.

The position is full-time with weekend hours. Prior apartment industry experience is ideal; strong communication, marketing and sales skills, and familiarity with property software such as Yardi are valued.

Qualifications

• Full-time position with regularly scheduled weekend hours.
• Ideal candidate will have apartment industry experience.
• Must be organized and detail oriented; possess strong marketing and sales skills and effective communication.
• Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
• Must possess a current and valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Meet and qualify all prospective residents and obtain guest card information.
• Obtain accurate traffic source information and enter it in the system.
• Show models and units available for rent.
• Take rental applications, accept deposits, and process for approval.
• Answer telephone and Internet inquiries and follow up by calls and emails.
• Assist in lease renewal process as directed by management.
• Open and secure models and show apartments daily; keep office and models clean.
• Walk the property daily to inspect rent-ready apartments and general condition.
