CTL Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays at our Beaverton, Oregon properties. This on-site role offers an hourly wage with commissions on new rentals and renewals, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

No experience? We provide hands-on training and education opportunities. A current driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to perform move-in/out inspections

Qualifikationen

• Background check and drug test required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
• Qualify applicants by reviewing income, employment, and rental history.
• Process documentation such as credit screening and background checks.
• Assist with marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about current market.
• Use property software to communicate with prospects and residents.
• Maintain resident information files and databases.
• Prepare reports for the corporate office as required.
• Provide admin support to the property manager as needed.
