Qualifications

• Experience in public-facing roles or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria and collecting guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record all visits on reports and maintain guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and market-ready units and relay service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and send renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Accept rental payments and forward to Assistant Community Manager.
• Input lease information into the Yardi system and obtain signatures.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
