Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, promote available properties, and negotiate lease terms to ensure a smooth leasing process. You will market properties, conduct tours, handle applications, and work with the team to achieve occupancy goals while upholding policies and standards.

You will stay informed on market trends, assist with reports, and support residents with their needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents to ensure a smooth move-in process and high occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relationships.
• Market properties, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
