ZRS Management in Houston is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, promote available properties, conduct tours, and help negotiate lease terms to ensure a smooth rental process.

You will work with the property manager, maintain occupancy, prepare lease paperwork, provide excellent customer service, and stay compliant with fair housing rules, with some weekend scheduling. This is a full-time position offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Stay informed about local rental market trends and industry regulations.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize visibility.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents with move-in and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain weekly and monthly leasing reports.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
• Work weekends as needed to meet leasing goals.
