Carlisle Residential is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant for The Wainwright Downtown and Botetourt Apartments in Norfolk, VA. You will greet residents, prospects, and visitors, show apartments by appointment or walk-ins, and handle leasing paperwork.

This part-time role requires strong customer service, reliable transportation, and weekend availability; experience with Yardi is a plus. The candidate should maintain a professional image and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in apartment leasing or customer service.
• Experience with lease-up properties is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
• Show apartments and amenities by appointment or walk-ins.
• Assist residents, answer the telephone, and respond to emails promptly.
• Complete leasing paperwork and ensure resident files are complete.
• Explain lease agreements and addenda to new residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor market surveys.
• Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
