United Property Associates is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Virginia Beach to manage leasing and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires experience with resident data in Yardi, handling payments, and coordinating lease signings.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of leasing experience, knowledge of VRLTA and Fair Housing Laws, and strong customer service, reliability, and energy to engage diverse applicants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of VRLTA and Fair Housing Laws is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Record and maintain all resident information in Yardi.
• Collect monies for application fees, security deposits, rent, etc., as per policy and guidelines.
• Update available marketing tools as needed.
• Schedule appointments with prospective applicants.
• Answer phone calls using the phone script guidelines.
• Notify applicants of approval and schedule lease package signing.
