Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for Central Park East in Bellevue. You will lead marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, oversee the on-site leasing team, and manage the leasing process from traffic to move-in.

You’ll analyze reports and respond to residents and owners with professionalism, while supervising staff and ensuring top service. The role requires prior multifamily leasing experience; proficiency with MS Office is essential, and

Qualifications

• Previous multi-family leasing experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi/OneSite desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate effectively; sell and explain apartment features.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site leasing team and leasing process from traffic generation to move-in.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Supervise leasing team including hiring, training and performance management.
