The Pembroke, operated by Drucker & Falk, LLC, in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment leases and tenancy relations. You will handle phone inquiries, show properties, and support office operations to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This full-time position emphasizes high service levels, accurate lease processing, data entry, and coordination of community events, with occasional travel and weekend hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible with strong service.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
• Accurately complete lease documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files per company policy.
• Enter data for residents and prospects per policy.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Participate in coordinating community events.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training.
• Travel may be required; limited vehicle use may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional weekend hours may be required.
