Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is hiring a Leasing Associate to handle apartment leasing, resident relations, and clerical support. You will show units, collect applications, explain lease terms, and keep resident files up to date.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to travel occasionally. Training will certify you as a Leasing Specialist; occasional weekend hours may be required as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest rent level while maintaining strong customer service.
• Maintain courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate resident files per policy.
• Enter resident data as required by policy.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of rent levels and amenities at competitive communities.
• Prepare competitive market survey reports as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Coordinate community sponsored events.
• Travel may be required; training as Leasing Specialist.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional weekend hours may be required.
