• Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain resident files per company policy.
• Enter resident data into the system per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a renewal program to improve retention.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
