Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage all apartment leasing activities, from screening prospects to processing applications, while maintaining a strong customer service ethos in Charlotte, NC.

You will greet residents, show available units, enter lease data, explain policies, and participate in a retention program. The role may require occasional travel and weekend hours to cover leasing needs.

Qualifications

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach and talk or hear.
• May sit, climb, balance or stoop; may lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to interact with people; strong organizational skills; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining service.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Enter data for residents and potential residents per policy.
• Show the model and available vacancies; greet new residents and assist move-in.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
