Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage apartment leasing, show units, and ensure resident satisfaction. Weekend hours are rotating (Saturdays 10AM - 5PM, Sundays 1PM - 5PM). You will greet new residents, explain policies, and maintain accurate leasing records.

Primary duties include processing leases, responding to resident requests, and supporting office personnel. Travel may be required and training will certify you as a Leasing Specialist in-house.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at competitive rents while maintaining strong service.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and help resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate resident files in line with company policy.

• Assist in move-in process and show model/availability.
• Support leasing activities and resident relations.
• Contribute to competitive market surveys as needed.
• Occasionally work weekends and travel as required.
