Carla Properties, Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Agent in Hillsboro to serve as the face of the communities, assist prospects, and support leasing activities.

You will help maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction while coordinating with Resident Managers in a full-time role. This position requires 3+ years of leasing experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and proficiency with Yardi/Tenant Tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/Tenant Tech.
• Willingness to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and inform prospective residents about our communities.
• Guide prospects through applications, rental agreements, and move-in processes.
• Accurately enter data and generate reports using Yardi Voyager & Tenant Tech.
• Resolve resident issues with professionalism and care.
• Oversee office workflow and manage move-in/move-out paperwork.
