Carla Properties, Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our West Side communities in Hillsboro. You will greet visitors, guide prospects through applications and move-ins, and support leasing activities to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years leasing experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/Tenant Tech. Weekend work is required; safety and appearance of properties are priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/Tenant Tech.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, dependable communicator with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, inform prospects, and guide through applications.
• Process rental agreements, move-ins, and rent collection.
• Enter data accurately and generate reports using Yardi/Tenant Tech.
• Coordinate with Resident Managers, support hiring/training as needed.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure safety standards.
