Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed.
• Dependable and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and lease signings.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Market the community online and through local outreach.
