Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed.
• Dependable and a team player.

What You’ll Do

• Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and lease signings
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready
• Maintain resident and property files accurately
• Market the community online and through local outreach
• Respond promptly to resident needs with a positive, professional attitude
• Support daily property operations and inspections

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Leasing experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Social media and Entrata experience a plus
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
