Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, complete lease paperwork, and handle deposits.
• Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate resident records and leasing data.
• Conduct daily property inspections and ensure readiness of model units.
• Support marketing efforts with local outreach.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations.
