Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest possible rent while maintaining customer service.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Explain policies to residents and prospects.
• Maintain accurate resident files per company policy.
• Enter resident data in accordance with policy.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours.
