Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Attend to residents' needs and ensure timely responses to service requests.
• Show, tour, and sign leases; complete leasing paperwork.
• Conduct market surveys and analyze competition to inform leasing strategies.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
