Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires daily onsite presence, from greeting and tours to signing leases and maintaining leasing data.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The job includes various administrative tasks and opportunities for bonuses within a full-time role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
• Contribute to the upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
• Manage customer service and ensure timely response to service requests.
• Review market surveys to generate ideas and help exceed leasing goals.
