Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous leasing or related sales experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Knock experience preferred.
• Previous affordable housing experience (Section 8, 42, LITHC, Tax Credit) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and applying them in daily interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy targets by creating a positive prospect experience.
• Manage Knock leasing platform and maintain engagement score ≥85%.
• Schedule tours, show apartments and follow up with prospects.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via email.
• Process prospect background checks and determine eligibility for housing programs.
• Process resident applications and follow up on paperwork to lease/renew leases.
• Perform monthly pricing analysis of competitive properties to optimize pricing.
