Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of application requirements, screening processes, and rental policies.
• Maintain resident retention programs and renewals.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain resident and property files.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show and maintain curb appeal.
• Know lease terms, market rates, and property amenities.
• Support marketing and market updates; monitor competitors.
• Operate safely per OSHA and Fair Housing rules.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
