Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, basic business knowledge, and English fluency. Prior leasing experience is preferred, with a welcoming, customer-centric approach to community life.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• General knowledge of business practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes and respond to prospective resident inquiries.
• Schedule tours and showcase floorplans and community features.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs and current promotions.
• Process applications, deposits and lease documents accurately.
• Encourage renewals and handle move-outs, inspections and related tasks.
