Responsibilities include showing available units, processing documents, coordinating events, and ensuring market readiness. Some travel and occasional weekend hours may be required.

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve issues.
• Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
• Accurately complete lease documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files and enter data per policy.
• Assist in developing a resident retention/renewal program to improve conversions.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
• Prepare competitive market survey reports as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in; show models and vacancies.
• Coordinate community events; travel may be required.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training.
